- Implementing Idea Management helps to gather ideas from a broader base, ensures that ideas are reviewed properly, helps select the most promising ideas and makes sure that all ideas are stored as they may come in useful at a later point in time.
- Implementing the Innovation Funnel assures a well-structured approach to the selection and further development of ideas.
