On June 13th, during PITCHday, the nominees of PITCH2013 will pitch their idea about improving collaboration between the public organisations. PITCH2013 is a collaboration between the Dutch Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations (BZK), BoerCroon and Innovation Factory. A jury will pick the best idea based on several criteria such as feasibility and creativity. The jury consists of Marcella Rijkschroeff head of HR and Interimpool at Zwolle council, Eileen van Kesteren chairman of FUTUR, the national network association for young civil servants, Gert-Jan Buitendijk Director-General Board and Kingdom Relations at the Dutch Ministry of Interior and Kingdom Relations, Seerp Leistra partner at BoerCroon and our own Han Gerrits CEO of Innovation Factory. The winner will have the chance to present his or her idea to Minister Ronald Plasterk of the Dutch Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations.

About Pitch 2013
PITCH2013 is a collaboration between the Dutch Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations (BZK), BoerCroon and Innovation Factory. At the end of March the Dutch Minister Of Interior And Kingdom Relations, Ronald Plasterk, called upon all employees of governmental organisations to to share and enrich ideas on the PIT® platform about improving collaboration between these organisations. In five weeks time this resulted into 49 ideas with an average 0f 9 enrichments per idea. The ideas have been evaluated by a Challenge team and eventually 5 nominees are chosen. In the past month these 5 nominees developed their ideas to prepare for PITCHday.
PITCHday will take place at the 13th of June starting 15:00 at the Ministry of Interior and Kingdom Relations in the Hague. The day’s schedule, speakers and nominees can be found on PITCH2013.nl.
